Payment Policy
• We accept payments by PayPal, credit card, money order, and personal check. Personal checks are subject to a 2-5 day hold.
• For larger PayPal and credit card orders, if the shipping address is different than the billing address, proof of identity may be requested to be faxed to us in order to protect ourselves against fraudulent transactions.
• We reserve the right to reject any order for any reason such as a description/pricing error, product unavailability, or potentially fraudulent transactions.

Shipping Policy
• All shipments go out the next business day after payment. Tracking information will be emailed to the customer once it becomes available.
• We maintain a 99% stock of all products. In the rare case of a back order, we will contact the customer within 24 hours of payment to provide alternative options, estimated shipping time, and the opportunity for the customer to cancel the order and receive a full refund.
• Shipping and handling is free to anywhere in the United States and Canada. Shipping is $10.00 internationally.
• By default, all orders are shipped out by USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business days).  For alternative shipping methods please contact us.
• To avoid shipping delays, please remember to provide the type of street in the “Street Address” form area. (Example: 123 Parkway Avenue instead of 123 Parkway)

Return Policy
• Any fuel pump received damaged or faulty upon delivery will be immediately replaced at our cost including all shipping and handling fees.
• All damaged product claims must be made within 3 business days of delivery otherwise, the product must be replaced by the manufacture.
• All fuel pumps come with a one year manufactures warranty. We will immediately replace any faulty fuel pump ourselves which saves time and hassle of our customers dealing with the manufacture directly.
• We offer a 30 day 100% satisfaction guarantee on all our products. If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it back to us for a refund. Unless a mistake has been made on our part, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with sending the product back as well as a 20% restocking fee. All refund claims must be made within one month of product delivery. Product must be sent back uninstalled and in original sealed packaging or additional fees may apply.
• Modifying a fuel pump in any way may void the manufactures warranty.

Privacy Policy
• All customer information is safely stored in a password protected encrypted offline database.
• For your protection, all credit card orders are sent to us in two separate 128-bit encrypted formats which are deleted from both systems after order processing.
• We do not sell or distribute any customer information unless required by law.
• We do not email customers advertisements or newsletters unless they have opted in to receive them.
